All in stock orders placed after 11:00 AM will ship the next BUSINESS day. KTMtwins.com business days are Tuesday through Saturday, excluding National Holidays. We ship Tuesday through Friday. Saturday delivery is a add-on service from UPS. If you need delivery by Saturday, please inform us in your order comments. You are responsible for the additional $12.50 that UPS charges us for this service. KTMtwins.com maintains a large inventory of motorcycle products and parts, which is increasing daily based on demand. Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If this occurs, within one KTMtwins.com business day we will special order those items not in stock and contact you with estimated availability and possible alternatives. All orders are charged at the time of placing the order. Both UPS and Fedex are using a dimensional weight calculation for Ground Services. All tire orders will include a $1.75 per tire recycle fee, as required by California State law. UPS Domestic Services

KTM Twins International Shipping Policy ***Effective 5/17/2010 - KTMtwins.com no longer ships KTM OEM parts to customers whose shipping address is outside the United States. These parts include oem replacement parts, and any part in the KTM Hard Parts Catalog. We do still ship our extensive inventory of non-oem parts including Touratech, Hepco Becker, GB Racing, R&G, Dynojet, ZipTy, Powerlet, Leo Vince, Graves, Remus, FMF, Super Plush, STM, Galfer, Brembo, Uni, Aqualine and more. We carry more non-oem parts than KTM oem, and are adding more every day. When ordering parts, if you are an International customer and you place an order for an item that doesn't say Ships Internationally: Yes on that items page above the Add to Cart, we will remove that item from your order before processing it.

*some shipments may take longer due to customs delays, which we have no control over. Are you a customer who needs it asap? Depending upon your location and size of the order, different shipping methods are available. Ask us for available options or fax us a shipping quote request with all your parts and shipping address for an estimate. You can get a real-time International Shipping quote by simply adding your items to your cart - no estimated shipping or "we'll get back to you later". International customer status is applied to anyone outside the U.S. International customers should be aware that if several items are ordered and one is on backorder, the whole order will be placed on a "Full Order Hold" until the backordered item arrives. We do this in order to save the customer two separate shipping charges. If you wish to have the available items shipped and are willing to pay the separate charges, simply specify at the time you place your order and we can accommodate your request. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped to foreign customers at this time. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery; they are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by KTMtwins.com. The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes/customs charges. If you refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping charges any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country. Invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped. ________________________________________________________________________________ Returns Freight must be paid by the customer. On each item returned for refund, there will be a $10.00 restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; the customer is responsible for freight both directions. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date (the date on the receipt) in original and unused condition (unless defective). Returns after 14 days are at the discretion of KTMtwins.com, and may result in a 20% restocking fee. All items must be unused and in factory packaging, complete with tags, like new, re-sellable and so on. So, don’t use it for the weekend and send it back. OK? United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method. DO NOT send items back to KTMtwins.com C.O.D. We will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.
