Next time you are at the races regardless if it's car or motorcycle you will notice everyone using some sort of silicone hoses on their machines. The reason for this is because Silicone Hoses resist heat cycles and excessive pressures much better than standard rubber hoses. They have also been shown to reduce engine temperatures by up to 7 degrees. They look good too. Next time you are doing a coolant flush thing about upgrading your machine and never worry about a hose failure again.
