This is the original and definately the best for everyday use. The main difference between the original and the Airhawk 2 is the material it is made of. The original is made of high quality neoprene rubber that is thicker and more plush after a long day's ride. It stretches more then the Airhawk 2's Polyurethane which transfers to your back side in a good plush feeling. More expensive yes. Worth it definitely.

- 12 x 18 gives you a little more width towards the back of the cushion
