Dual fog lights engineered to mount under the fairing of the 950 Adventure.
Fog lamps throw a low, wide beam pattern and illuminate the road directly ahead and to the sides of the vehicle, see a graphic of a typical fog pattern here. They are supplemental lighting to the low beam of the bike and can be used when other traffic is ahead or oncoming without blinding other drivers. Many riders also use fog lamps to improve daytime conspicuity to other drivers.
This is a particularly good light setup for riders who live in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, where frequently foggy and overcast weather make foglamps an excellent addition to the bike for grey-day rides.
These Hella-designed lamps attach to a Touratech-engineered mounting system under the headlight area to greatly improve night-time vision (and daytime conspicuity) in a way that protects the lamps in the event of a crash or tip-over by mounting them under and inside the fairing.
Kit includes 2 Hella fog lamps, under fairing bracket and a special, Touratech-designed fused wiring harness that encompasses all necessary wiring and connectors, automotive relays, a sealed waterproof cockpit switch and a machined aluminum switch bracket to attach to the KTM Magura handlebars.
