Rally Raid did it again. Ingenious and innovative this Center Stand for the 690 Enduro should be gracing every your bike. This kit requires their Rally Raid Rally Skid Plate in order to be mounted but once on you are set. The ease of maintenance and tire changes will be worth every penny. Think about changing your rear flat out on the trail and doing it without any frustrations. Imagine the simple task of lubing your chain at home without supporting your bike by some crazy tie down configuration.

Quality Value Price Bang for the Buck I added the stand to my existing RR skid plate. It comes with a template that makes drilling the skid plate and bolting things together easy. There is no instructions, but its mostly straight forward.
They include a a bracket and rubber kickstand strap that mounts to the exhaust heat shields. Bummer is, The rubber strap must be stretched way too far, and will not last very long. I also wish that the spring assembly included to lift the center stand was different as it is not adequate. It is necessary to lift the center stand upward, and then secure it with the rubber strap.
As far as the center stand, it needs to be revised!!! It does not sit at the right angle, and the bike comes off the center stand with the slightest bump of the bike. Like the other review, I am looking at making a lock that will make the center stand usable. Without a lock, I could not imagine changing a flat without someone holding the bike, or something stopping the bike from rolling forward. (Posted on 5/4/12) -
