Cox Racing Radiator Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then Cox Racing Team hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish! To mount this guard, zip tie it to the upper radiator straps. Bottom, run the zip ties through the lower outside corners of the radiator and then through the radiator guard.
